I’m a proud retired U.S. Air Force Mechanic, and I’ve continued working full-time in aviation ever since.

Aviation is a lifelong passion of mine—it's fast-paced, precise, and built on doing things the right way. While I still have plenty of years left to explore new ventures from the air; this business was born from a simple, relatable moment.

During my recent MBA Program, I was tasked with improving real-world service. It didn’t take long to land on an idea I’d been quietly noticing during my regular weekend dinners out: restaurants are becoming more expensive, but the quality of the experience often isn’t keeping pace—especially when it comes to restrooms.

Let’s face it—most staff don’t enjoy cleaning restrooms, and guests shouldn’t feel uncomfortable using one. That disconnect is what sparked Restroom Refine.

With a background rooted in structure, service, and high standards, I saw an opportunity to elevate an overlooked part of the dining experience. The goal? Clean, Comfortable, Professionally maintained restrooms that support happy customers, better reviews, and a stronger bottom line for You!
